Stratified Study
Стратифицированное исследование
Исследование, в котором пациентов относят к различным стратам (категориям). Предполагается, что лечение будет иметь сходный эффект у всех пациентов, входящих в каждую страту, в то время как реакция пациентов в других стратах будет отличаться. Стратификация может производиться проспективно, когда контролируется набор пациентов в испытание таким образом, чтобы обеспечить желаемый баланс. Стратификация может быть сделана и ретроспективно (во время анализа).
